My 04 had remote start. It always worked but it had a mind of its own. There was a couple times I left the keys in it and I heard the truck fire up in the middle of the night. I'd run out and it just decided to startup by its self I'm not sure if I'd get another vehicle with remote start again.

Nerf bars off. Rigids spots and fogs installed. Sprayed wheel wells and frame. Detailed engine.

Thanks. Castrol super clean then power wash. Blow dry w vac. For $5 I discovered gunk out makes a shine spray so thought I'd try it out. I still prefer Adams in and out; less "wet". We'll see what this stuff does once it's been down the road awhile.

I use Adams Detailer after I wash it during the warmer weather. My BIL introduced me to it, he does auto body work and said Adams was his favorite.

I don't see an access hole to lower the spare. Is there room with the bumper gap? The holes near the license plate look small. Just curious. Cool bumper though.

I run 35s so my spare wont fit under the truck. Agree the pre-drilled holes did look small when I just eye-balled it, however the passenger side lined up with the crank insert. I'll test it for you and get back.

The cluster battle continues. Today I got some new stepper motors and tried fixing my old cluster. However, when I removed the old ones I damaged the board.

Now I'll be sending both clusters in to have the as-build data swapped from the old to the new one. All in all, my curiousity will end up costing me about $300. Fun. I'm curious if the adding the data will make the temp gauge work as my truck does have the temp sensor.

Its a billet bolt on badge. I bought it from JEGs racing a few years back, but with everything 04-08 F150 related, the market for custom aftermarket is shortening. You might try an Ebay or Amazon. BilletBadges.com is another great resource
