I think at this point i regret for choosing JDM, they have my truck for almost half year and each week they come with a different story! This week they are not even answering my calls.
When they asked me for a down-payment for the work i paid them on the same day!
That's sad guys, very sad.

It sucks when you don't know whats going on. For all you know they already blew up the engine and are re-building it right now. (But they won't tell you that)

That's easy for you to say that because that's not your truck. When i talked to Jim they said that my truck would be done in 4-6 weeks maximum !

Demand that you have your truck back. Its your truck, not theirs.

I am not surprised by what is happening with your truck.....You are not the first and will more than likely not be the last....They were my first choice back in 2000 when I bought my Lightning, but it didn't take me long to switch to Troyer...

this kills me. they have a great rep.

have they given you exact reasons why the delays?

threre is a lot of difficult machine work to get that block ready. i seriouslt doubt they blew it up. not with the forgings used. even on a tune goof up it will live. i expect they put something in front of you. i have seen it a million times with lower end outfits.

another friend got the total package (heads, cams, etc.) from MPH and it took them 4 weeks. not to install, just to ship them. sometimes out of shop work holds it up.

sorry for the delays. it almost always takes months to get it. BOSS330 is another shop that does FORD GT blocks. no idea how long it takes. it will be worth it.

They always had GT aluminum blocks in stock, since i left my truck there.
They know what happened to my truck but they won't assume it. Lack of hours of work !!! Nothing else than this.
