Right, but on the 05 switch and the 05 124-1 both show pin 4 as the power fold contact.

What I was thinking, and haven't checked on, was if there was a different physical switch for the king ranch ( with a different part number ) that has different internal wiring that would apply power to pin 4 with a rearward pull.

My guess is yes. There is a part number in the guide that is at the beginning of this post it has the part number under "if you like useless junk lying around then buy these" or whatever it says. You can call the dealer with that number and ask if its for a 2K5 KR and they should be able to tell you.

As far as ebay search for "ford service dvd"

You should find a few. But don't pay more than 25 per disc. And remember to set you computer clock back so the time coded discs work.

Do us all a favor and take lots of pictures and notes maybe even draw a diagram for us to follow. Keep us up to date if you get time to do the install and get it working this weekend.

The mods are on hold for a little while, moving the youngest daughter off to collage this weekend, and the trickle of the little things over the next few weeks... but then it's just the two of us so the weekends might still be a little busy

Got to thinking, since I don't have the factory harness for the folding mirror I could mount the relay right in the drivers door, then just have to wire the pair over to the passenger door. It's either that or get a DPDT switch rated for the 10A and just mount it directly. Not sure yet, Will take pics and let you know.

Yes and no,, I have it all wired up per the wiring diagrams provided here,
I checked and re-checked it does not work. Since no one including the dealer's service department can tell me what wires and where they get placed on the PFM relay go. The numbers on the relay DO NOT match up with the diagram, so I can not tell power from neg. PF in from PF out I will not work. So if any one can ANSWER that question please do. The diagrams show a PFM module??? is that the relay???

Sounds as if Ford has gone to super lengths to keep pfm exclusive to KR. Placing confusing diagrams, mislabeled parts, and expensive accessories in the path of progress. They will not win. Sooner or later someone will figure it out and other F150 owners of the world with small garages will rejoyce.

The pfm module has 2 relays in it (one for in and the other for out) if you use the pfm you will not need any relays. It's a small black box thats what i thought you were looking for as far as pins take a picture of what you are looking @ and i'll try and help you or get me on the same page that you're on and maybe we can get this done. Or you can always wait till i get money (or send me money ) and ill test everything I have put together if it works ill have a step by step if it doesn't someone smarter than me will have to take over. All the parts that are needed are in the main how-to that was posted.
