Yes sir. Many of my projects recently have been going down there. It's not too bad of a complex. They aren't really strict but I'm ok with it as they leave us alone for the most part. I've also got buddies that live at the district now. Yea next time your in town just give me a heads up and maybe we can get something going up here.

Update. I got two goodies coming from ups on Monday and my badges should be in soon also.

I contacted patriot decals and they are going to send a vinyl sample of the closest blue to my ford royal blue metallic.

Going to need some input on what I should do for my custom text under the f150. I have some ideas but I wan to see what yall think for now. I can always leave the 5.4 triton on there haha

They changed the name to trick people into living there haha. They change the name they can give it a different reputation. (it goes along with the heights complex who bought melrose). It's not a bad complex

working on the truck in the woodlands hasn't been bad at all. Installed my locks and bumpers and painted my wheels grille surround and tails there. No one even gave me crap or dirty looks even.

I've got "4.2L V6" but I was contemplating "50th Anniversary Edition" since its a 98, same as yours

You should do it. Maybe you could get it to say Petrol V10.. haha! or maybe 6.4 turbo-diesel.
