Who is in the 100,000 mile club?
I have a '97 with 189,000 miles on her. The last 19,000 miles are with an AED/Magnacharger kit (5psi). Ran hard daily. Doesn't burn oil and still gets 16 city 18 highway mpg. I had a compression check ran prior to blower install and all cylinders excellent. The mechanic didn't believe the mileage. Check out my sig for the mods list, most of which were on within the first 50,000 miles.
97 f150 4.6 automatic xlt that is bone stock. i bought it new and repairs since new total seven bucks fora new oil filler cap; not even a burned out light bulb, just maintenance. truck has over 160,000 miles.
I have a 99 F150 that just made it up to 103,000 miles. She is still running strong with only a few big problems, but I will keep her until she burns to the ground or gets stolen. My only problems so far with her have been a cracked head and the rear end blew up. Other than that not much else.

97f150 5.4, 4r100,xcab4x4. 200,000km (about 125,000). Mostly hard miles, heavy towing(6000lbs+), runs like new, all original, doesn't use a drop of oil(5w30 syn) in 6000mile oil change intervals, very impressed so far.
1999 F150 SC 5.4 4x4 Well let me do some rough math 223000kms= 140,000 miles right? It is as solid as the day i got at 40000 miles. I have put brake pads once and plugs 2 coils (soon more) alternator went very recently. Thats about all it has asked for in all those miles. Oh yeah 2 tie rods and ilder arm. < that was not the truck it was caused by crappy parking lot entrance at work
. This has been by far the most reliable vech i have had.

Does my '92 E150 cargo van count? Got 105,000 on it. Except for a new starter last year, that 4.9ltr six runs like new. That thing doesn't burn or leak a drop of oil. I did lunch the tranny 1 1/2 years ago...Just wish it had half the guts of the 5.4 in my Scab, though.
BTW...The '65 Cutlass I'm restoring has just over 100K on it too.

97 F-150 supercab 4.6 4x4 140,000 no problems, been towing since I bought it, 24' travel trailer, then 24' boat, still runs strong and just love the interior and finish of her, could never get bored plan to drive it until it wont drive no more!! Also have a 93 E-250 van with 250,000 rebuilt the tranny at 200,00 351 still runs good. Love my Fords had the rest now drive the best
98 F-150 XL 4X4 I just rolled 138,000k miles and still going strong!!! Bought the truck used off my company with 135,600k miles. The director of my department was the only driver of the truck and he drove like my grandmother so I know I got a great deal. Oil was changed every 3-4k, no major problems except some electrical problems with the dash lights and wipers working intermittently. I personally haven’t experienced either of these, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed. This is the first truck I’ve ever owned and I can’t understand how I lived for so long without one!!! I LOVE my truck!!!!!
Thanks!!
Thanks!!
