Actually you push straight back, the opposite direction, you get the idea. You have to turn the mechanical's while doing so.

I just used Dawn, soapy water. Then wet sanded, then polished w/red rouge and buffing wheel.

Why not use what's made for the job?

Like what ? What's safe enough not burn the TPS ribbon? The bearings are rubber coated as well. Their sealed, but have that rubber or plastic cap.

I noticed when I took the TB off the oval seal was cracked. Where can I find a new one of those? Ebay or is that another ford dealership only part?

I have some sealant I bought from Napa to seal up my magneto on my tractor motor. Would that work the same here?

I'll tell yea, finding this

http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/web...S_965987406___

In stock was a total PITA. No one had it. Well one guy did but he wanted $40 for it. I'm all for supporting mom and pop places but $40 Vs $4...a little excessive.

Thanks glc for that, helped a ton.

All back together, and no more gas peddle sticking. But still running somewhat rough. Here's some videos I uploaded as I hear a light ticking sound from under the truck:

&

Everythings back together, started right up, fuel is running at 30psi upon start up while the engine is at normal temp.

I know 29 psi is lowest you can go with the 4six. I think the 5four is higher, maybe not, I thought it was higher tho.

Regardless, I would swap #8 with #5 coil, to see if the misfire follows.

If the ticking went away, I think it's a small intake, exhaust leak.

Yea, Idle should be 700-750 or there's usually a problem. I thought I seen in at 700 ?

What DTC are you getting ? PO308 or PO358 ? I couldn't see it.

When you had the camera up top, I could hear that ticking but not as loud as I could from the under side video, but it may have been amplified or echoing off the rear firewall. Possibly the number 8 injector? Sounded like the right consistency for injector pulse. Or maybe a coincident. Hopefully not a plug... did it just start recently after the plug change? Or been there a while.. Sounds like you have an exhaust leak also.
