I'm iced into the garage about 5 inches outside the door, so I can't get it over that hump, but I'm excited about a road test to see if the truck runs great again. I will post with updated and thank you all for your help!
Dont tell me you have 5 inches thick of ice outside of your garage door......

Ha! I did, luckily it's mostly melted now. And here's an update:

Swapped out the plugs, PCV valve plugged back in and fits. All new fuel injectors and COPS.

Still running rough around 50 mph. Holding back on me. I'm scratching my head with this one.

I forgot to write in that it's making a pinging noise. Sounds like a low octaine ping, but sounded more like it was coming from under the truck than in the engine. Cat converter maybe?

It's possible, all that misfiring can damage the cats. A muffler shop can detect blockage with an infrared probe.

Got under there today and everything looks fine. Whacked it a few times with the rubber mallet, solid as a rock, no rattling, shaking, etc.

I popped the hood and looked at the PCV valve again. I noticed it was pinched in the middle. I pulled it out while the engine was running and the engine continued to run, ran a little rougher, but not by much. I could hear the valve sucking air in. I'm wondering if the PCV valve/that rubber elbow is the issue? I did not see any holes in it after a complete inspection, but thinking that maybe while I'm driving the more pressure builds up and with the restricted air flow, would be causing strain on the engine? What do you guys think?

And here's some photos of the PCV valve.

Look a little gummed up and crushed up inside. This doesn't look like a factory part either. Does all of yours look like this?

Thank you for confirming what I thought.

I got the black motorcraft one in there now, but have no rubber hosing for it. Would some from NAPA work?

I'd rather just get the assembly from the dealership. Looks like that engine was sucking oil. That's what can happen with a Fram pcv valve. Their to restrictive for these engines.

Thank you Jbrew, I'll call the local dealership tomorrow. Do you think this could be what was giving me the hesitation around 50mph?

I doubt it, it might be. If it's missing under normal acceleration and right after the shift into OD (about 45-50 mph), it's usually a bad coil. That's where a low grade misfire usually occurs, due to a weak coil.

I went over to Ford, they wanted $34 that small piece of rubber. Yea...that's not going to happen. I'll be finding it online and placing my order. I'm all for supporting Ford and the dealerships, but that's a little much.

That's the cheapest I've heard yet. They sell the system, not just a piece of it lol. It's usually $39. That's for the entire hard line and misc rubber fittings. Yea, you replace the system because when they age, the rubbers break down, fall apart and the plastic hard line can crack in spots.

I've never heard of them selling the system parts separately. You can't purchase these anywhere else, - not that I know of.
