Man that's cheap, I could get more than that for my 98. A little more lol. I could never sell it tho. My girls would kill me

lol, your a mind reader, almost. I have the boat listed already, and about 8 people blitzkrieged my house to look at the truck, but no buyers. I wouldn't go lower than my price. So if the boat sells I'll have about 3000 to maybe put towards the repair, but the jury is still out on what the official problem is. I'm to stingy to take it to the dealer and let them tell me its a spun bearing for 70$.

One guy came with a stethoscope and couldn't determine if it was indeed a spun bearing. He easily has more experience than me in fixing up cars, but I still believe its a bad bearing or journal. Every video on youtube about spun bearings makes the same exact noise that my truck makes.

My pop offered to come down and make the attempt to fix the bearings himself if its the culprit. But there seems to much in the way of the oil pan like axles and such. I don't think its possible to get to the bearings without removing the engine, is it?
