Faster,

This is for you:

Behind my keyboard I am safe
The fear of Neal I do not have
But if in real life, Neal I should meet
Sure as Hell I will be beat.

Behind my screen I am brave
“Neal’s a *****” I can write
But if its Neal I ever see
I hope to God that I can flee

RIP Faster

2 days till track day and my truck is acting up... On my way to work I was pulling out on the highway, which is 2 lanes, quite a bit of traffic like usual, I see an opening and pull out, wait till 20mph and lay the pedal down, well its pulling hard as hell like usual for a second, then it cuts out, misses bad, starts shaking, puts out a HUGE cloud of smoke and shuts off.... *******.... so i pull to the shoulder, everything looks fine, no leaks, no hole in the block. I Try to start it, it cranks for about 5 seconds an hits, i try again, and it fires up, running really rough, no CEL... i rev it a few times, and it clears out. runs fine now. very strange.... any ideas???

Were you watching your gauges? FP? Fuel filter? Is it running smooth now? Any chance of water in the block? Check your fluid levels and for contamination.

What colour was the smoke? Black, incomplete combustion. White, coolant. Blue, oil bruning.

HI!... That's funny. I out work 20 year olds at work that weigh as much as you pretzel stick. 235LBS doesn't mean I'm fat. Most people look at me and think I weigh 190LBS. Trust me, I can run faster than you pissed off, than you can scared.

By the looks of the pics on page five I would say Global Automotive COPs or something similar.

They do look like Globals tho (Exactly) - I believe the factory COP's and Globals are one in the same - Besides price

That's been said on other forums - just haven't been able to prove it myself.
