Cool

HI!... No install problems at all. I've tested many electrical temp gauges before anf found 80% are off by quite a bit. Plus the mechanical temp gauges can still be used when the truck is not on nor the battery. Just never had any luck with them.

I have a Screw, but my dynatechs clear my starter by no more than a half inch at the closest point.

I've had 2 mechanical boost gauges, both were "funny" if you hit them to hard they'll go off zero. But ZERO problems with my electrical boost gauge (except for the cost)!!! All autometer.

It depends on which gauge you are talking about. Electric f.p. gauges have to rely on a diaphragm or other setup to translate mechanical pressure into an electrical signal, a gauge where the needle reacts directly to the mechanical pressure is more accurate. However, if you are mounting them inside the cab it would be stupid (and possibly illegal) to run fuel into the cab, therefore electric gauges are the only real option for interior mounting.
