No - didn't really think you were interested .. I'll take some pics of the tools and show how I did for those interested later on, maybe, if some one else doesn't chime in with the info.. - it's easier..

Cool

HI!... Here ya go :

O.k, for this job you take your DREMEL and throw it out or give it to a bunch of 4.6 owners to play with. Sorry no flashing lights.

You need a strong high spped drill or even better a electric/air powered die grinder.

You need the following :

- 1/4 shank carbide cutter, cylindrical with a rounded tip

- one 60 grit 3" paddle sanding wheel

- one 80 grit 3" paddle sanding wheel

- one 120 grit 3" paddle sanding wheel

- one 180 grit 3" paddle sanding wheel

- one 200 grit 3" paddle sanding wheel

- one 3" cotton polishing wheel

- aluminum polishing compound

- A lot of time and patience!

That looks nice.So i have already cleaned my TB and was going to port and polish but i could not locate all of the 3in wheels.Anyone know where i could find them napa maybe??Also how long do you figure this would take roughly.I also do not expect to make mine as pretty as neils. My truck runs pretty strong now w/ Edge Evo but i want more so i am thinking of this and a AF1 intake. If i port and polish w/ a CAI i should definately feel a diff don't you think??I know i should have already done this jbrew last time i talked about it
jbrew,klitch,neil???

Sears hardware has a good assortment

You can use a wire wheel too as a part of the process, you can get little ones for the ports that work well..A red clay bar cuts down on time dramatically when you get to the buffing stage. I'll get out to the shop tomorrow and take some pics .

+1 on the AFI Intake - Good choice..

LOL, they would be if anyone in these parts owned one - theres not a market for em around here , the dealerships don't carry them, you would have to special order . People around here have no use for a 4six in a truck.

You could always put gears in it to get the power back.It would be alot cheaper than a motor.
