Have you done any porting or polishing -

Or is it still stock w/anti sludge on it -

Smooths it out quite a bit

agreed that is purty, should I even try to do the polishing on TB? I've never had all that much luck with a dremel, what kind of cutter did you guys use? I'd like to do it, but i'm a little afraid i'd SNAFU it.
Thinking out loud (I know scary, huh?) have anyone here ever knife edged the blade on the TB, get that last little bit of smoothed airflow, would it even be worth it?

Use a flexible drill motor bit attach sanding wheel to get the curve good on the TB elbow, the buff , same deal .
Port with flexible rod and misc. sanding attachments including a right angle attachment..
Well, it's actually easier than it sounds - no cutters involved just abrasives to fines.- Unless your honing = not worth it then , just purchase the BBK 75mm, Then you'll have to hone port the elbow whitch is allot of elbow grease..,.
I don't have any pics of the elbow -Neal, Onelowf, FasterF150 - these guys did an awesome job on the elbows and have pics floatin around....
