Who is in the 100,000 mile club?
187,000 on my 1999 Navigator 5.4 32v Intek. This is the SECOND engine... The first was replaced one month after delivery at just 1,500 miles due to a tapping sound- I am guessing a wrist pin. It is the original tranny. Rear end has had some work- a bearing I think. Lower ball joints around 100k and a new AC compressor at 150k. Just put in a new heater core and rear air springs at 175k.
130000 and still running strong. It doesn't get any breaks either I drive like like it is made for. Only had to replace some 02 sensors and changed all fluids at 100,000 as well as plugs and wires. Runs and rides as good as day 1. Going for a diesel soon tho gotta go for big power and torque numbers.
130,000 miles, 3 rear differentials, 1 ball joint/tie rods failure, 3 alternators, dash lights flash sometimes, 3 sets tires, 4 sets brakes including 3 rotor sets-1 drum set. 130,000 miles, original clutch. I just keep using it.
1993 Ranger
150,000 miles on a 4 cylinder Ranger. Never had to replace the clutch, plugs, or starter. Just standard repairs muffler, brakes, and oil. Ran like a champ. Replaced It with a new F-150, looking forward to years of trouble free service.
high miles
my old 95 f-250 7.3 has 230,000 on it it needs new tie rods and coil springs but my brothers truck impressed me a 99 f-150 4.6 with 297,000 with no problems. and my 04 4.6 got 64,000 on it
i got a whole family with fords 3 150s 2 250s and an expedition they all put gm and dodge to shame not as fast though with they could fix that.
