Just rolled over 118k the other day and still going strong, have not had to do anything to it besides regular maintenance so far. Got a buddy with a 98 with 225000 on it and the only thing hes had to do to it besides regular maintenance is a tranny at 175000.

My dad has a 97 E250 with a 5.4. It's got 147k everything original, even the tranny fluid. This van has never been maintained well and it keeps on goin. Runs pretty good actually. I think he said it's been about 10k miles since the oils been changed.

One of my 3 F-150's has 136,000 on it (2001 4x2 extended cab 4.6). The other two, the 2002 and the '97, are still under 100k.

It is generally accepted that 100,000 miles is a measure of a good vehicle. My truck idles steady at 600 rpm and continues to pull hard.
My 1997 4.2l 5 spd. stepside has 201,522 ,changed the clutch myself 4 yrs ago. The only mod I did was a magnaflow exhaust. Everything else is stock.

1995 F-150 XL 2wd
226788 when I hopped out of it 3 mins ago. Its old and tired and Im sure the 5.0 that once had 205HP is down in 150s now but she doesnt use or leak a drop of anything Ticks and rattles are worrying me to be honest and I keep my AAA card handy but I plan to drive her till she stops

new here, 2003 XLT 4x4, 141,000 miles, just found that I need to replace the rear axle seals, other than that she runs strong, everything works and looks great.

my friends 99 expedition has 294000 on the original 5.4. only problem he's having is his abs doesnt work.

another friend has 97 f250 hd 5.8 with 123000 running strong.

another buddy has a 94 f150 5.8 auto 2wd with 120000. he's gone 32000 miles without changing his oil one time and still runs good and doesnt use a drop of oil.

another friend has an 03 supercrew with 4.6 still running strong with. just did a tuneup at 130000 miles. changed a/c compressor clutch about 2000 miles ago because it wouldnt disengage.

my best friends 88 f350 with 7.3 diesel 5speed has 259000 miles of nothing but towing. when i say towing i mean bobcats, trucks, tractors, couple john deere 8420 farm tractors, and metal and lumber, and motorcycles once or twice to daytona beach bike week. all original except injection pump. ran out of oil like 15-20 times and still runs like a top. just has problems starting now.

and my 93 5.0 4x4 is just under 270000 miles. motor has just under 10000 miles. tranny has just under 20000 miles. just replaced u-joint in driveshaft yesterday and my p/s pressure hose today. i cant keep up with all the warranties that this thing has with all the work i have done to it since i've owned it.
