How many miles and problems
85,000 on my 2001 5.4 4x4. Superchip, Ravin exhaust, K&N filter, edelbrock shocks
Had a rear differential leak (where the driveshaft meets the differential) twice. Repaired under warranty.
Somehow broke the headlight on/off **** and replaced that assembly at about 50k.

2001 SuperCrew, 44k miles with a transmission replacement. I bought it last month and the dealer paid for it so good for me. It's possible the previous owner beat it though. It does have a Kenne Bell supercharger.
I love my truck!

2001 Screw 4x4 5.4. Purchased in June 2004 with 28K miles, now sitting at 52K miles. No problems whatsoever.
1997 Explorer 5.0 AWD. 123K miles. No problems whatsoever.
1995 Ranger STX 4.0 4x4. Had 155K miles when I traded it for the F150. Only problem was a leaking water pump at about 10K miles and that got replaced under warranty. Still had the stock clutch.
1986 Mustang LX 3.8. Had 185K miles on it when we sold it. Last I heard it was over 250K and still running strong. Had to do a trans at about 60K, but that was due to my own stupidity, and I put a timing chain in it at about 150K just for piece of mind (I had the cover off to fix an oil leak anyway). Other than the trans, no problems at all.
And people wonder why I stick with Fords.

Our '01 Screw has been a good truck since we got it new in August 2000. The biggest problems have been the Ford fiasco with the standard radiator vs. larger radiator and a whining rear axle. Ford replaced my perfectly good standard-size radiator with a larger one at no cost back in '01, since that's what I paid for with my trailer-tow package. A cooperative local dealership rebuilt the whining axle twice, and finally replaced the entire assembly, (all under warranty) which finally stopped the whining. The DPFE sensor and the IAC valve have also been replaced.
Other than those things, at five years and 101,000 miles everything else is original, including battery, starter, alternator, transmission, and brakes. Original General tires, crappy as they were, still lasted 86,000 miles. I keep track of every gallon of gas, and it has a long-term average of 18.9 mpg since the day we got it.

2yr old. 2003 4.6 4x2 Only problem so far was one of those lights inside the dash behind the ac controls went out, took an hour or so at the dealer to get fixed.
Factory tires sucked. Ive replaced two of them and should have replaced the other two many miles ago
Oh and im at 26k the light went out around 17k or so.
