Please do. I've come across a few Saleen SC'ers and held back for lack of background info to know if I should or not. A thread like that would be something I would love to see.

Thanks Rev!

The only bummer is, it may be a little or long while before I get it installed due to being gone ALL THE TIME for work. It could be worse though, I could be home due to no job.

If I can squeak a week home in the next couple months, it may happen, but if not, it could be a long while.

Good luck to you when you "pull the trigger".

Yes, it is an excellent idea! I almost didn't "pull the trigger" for the same reason, but after some research and a good idea of what I was getting, I did it. Going in, I knew I was going to have to get the "upgrade" and a few misc. parts.

Fatherford has been invaluable with his experience and advice. I have found the guys on this forum to be very helpful and informative, (unlike another forum) which made the decision a little easier. Reading the manual is very helpful and I'm confident it should go fairly smooth, but I'm sure I'll have a question or two when I actually do the install.

That's the plan right now, I just haven't done any research on the e-fans yet, but I keep seeing Troyer's mentioned.

Is Troyer still charging hundreds of dollars for his efan setup?

I use some camaro/corvette fans that typically sell used for $75-100 and a $50 controller you can find at any auto parts store.

You can make your own Efan set up out of a donor car. I plan to do flex-a-lite 270 setup

Two of each will do it.
I have six years on my fans.
The controllers are not the ones that were such a problem back when. Their polarity is reversed.

i hate you

No i don't
I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooo envious.
how many miles are on your truck now? I am at 64k and just paid off all my credit cards. I want a blower like you wouldn't believe! I have been in limbo since I bought my lariat last year because I wanted to be "responsible" and wait for the toys. I just ordered the Edge CS and my nerf bars. i watched a lightening drop the hammer on the freeway this weekend and damn near had to change my pants! The guy in the BMW 335 had no idea what the hell just happened! The 335 is no slouch either! Anyway man, congrats on the new toy. Make sure you update us with moments of speed!!!!!!!!
