I kept having issues with the 44mm upper hose adapter for the fan switch. It would drip a little and I already cranked the hell out of the clamps. I ordered up a 48mm adapter and solved the problem. The hose at the ends is 1 3/4" but in the middle where the adapter is it is 1 7/8". That 1/8" was to much to get a proper seal. The new adapter has been in a couple of weeks now and there isn't any issues any more. I also finally got around to new axle bearings and seals. I also installed a LSD and carrier bearings. I painted the diff cover and panhard bar. No more one wheel wonder..hahaha I didn't take a whole lot of pic's because of the gear oil.

Nothing to big. After I got the larger 20" SVT wheels I've noticed I bottomed out easier. I just switched out the Doetsch Tech's for Belltech Street Performance Shock's. The new shocks smoothed things out quite a bit. I'm also adding airlift coil rite style air bags. I'm doing that because of when towing it drops down quite a bit and the air bags will rectify that problem. That being said if anyone is in need of some shocks cheap let me know. Just $20 + ship.

You can't go wrong with a bed rug. All my previous trucks had one. Need to get one for the truck I just bought. BTW Happy Birthday the 16th. Mine was the 11th.

I haven't been doing to much lately. As most people know my Expedition is on it's way to becoming a SVT Expedition Thunder clone. I am currently waiting on some parts for the next big change in the appearance Dept. It's going to require some modifications because no one makes anything like it for the first Gen Expeditions. I'm also going to be working on the cervinis hood. It is not a functional ram air hood and I can't run it through a car wash or in the rain. Water gets through and causes temporary coil misfires on 1 and 2. I'm also going to be removing the door trim in a attempt to clean up the overall look I want. I'm waiting on some warmer weather and for my covid symptoms to subside. I'm not a spring chicken anymore and it's been a royal pain in the ars.
Well I finally got the parts I needed. I spent alot of time measuring cutting and modifying. Everything had to be shortened and made to fit square edges instead of round. The result I think is that of a OEM appearance and not being over the top like many of the other ground effects made by the likes of VIS, Sarona, AIT and EVO. I wanted something as close to OEM/ Prototype as humanly possible. Between my truck and now my Expedition I've been hit up alot on facebook. I would like it to be known that these in fact are my retarded Ideas. You saw it here first...lol. I personally think I'm getting pretty close. I am still working on them but here are a few preview shots. I will post more pics as I refine and get final paint and stuff done. I ordered some SEM seam sealer and paint. What's on there now is temporary and will be wet sanded down to 800 before a final coat cut and polish.

I got a bunch done. The ground effects are mounted and painted and looking pretty sweet. When I get some time I'm going to start making my ram air hood functional and track down why my left rear window quit working.
Just a couple more pics. I haven't got to my hood yet and I need to work out what I'm going to do for entry lights at night. I have a few ideas involving COB LED's mounted to the under side pointing down.
