lol, you know me all too well, all i need to do is mount the amp rack frame to the bed, mount the amps and run the sub wires. rca's, remote, power, and grounds are already run. I can always tidy it up later

I hate having the car audio disease. I am going to be getting rid if my 15 soon and now I have the crazy idea of doing 3 12's in a center console box downfiring. I'm thinking either SSA's TC 3000s Mags if I can find them or ID MAXs. Then a few us xa2000 amps. Should do the trick. While in that process I want to get a console with the floor shifter and dis assemble it and put it into my box as well!

Sounds good, hopefully you can get it all up and running soon

I think Ill also be redoing the substage soon Jwool. Kind of looking for a little more space in the cab, although I would like to be a little louder too. The Mags kick ***, but they just arent half of what they could be in the install I have them in now. Going for something that will work a little better with the space/power I have.

got the amps hung..... sorta, fastening the wood frame to the bed didn't quite go as planned. I have it screwed up along the top but I neet to make a strap support to keep the bottom of the rack from flopping around, I'l work on it tomorrow morning

I used some backstrapping and screwed into the front bulkhead of the bed near the top. The depth of the amp rack is about 10", so there is a decent base so the bottom doesn't slide out.

there might be but I didn't see any yet.... all i know is if I see a thin ground strap it gets replaced.

no progress today, it was raining,

im building my amp rack in two peices, one peice is just a 2x1 frame the amps get attached to that gets attached to the back wall.. since I could only get the top screwed in I need to strap the bottom so it doesn't flop around and pull out long term
