Well, I have my headunit (Alpine 9885)in already, but that is it. I have the PAC-SWi for the steering wheel controls but its still in the box. I have Alpine SPR-17s's for the front and SPR-17c's for the rear, Alpine MRP-F450 for the fronts and rears, and MRP-M450 for the sub. I have Stinger everything just sitting in a box(power/ground/remote/fuse blocks/distro blocks/guages/terminals/cap/power inverter. Pretty much just need some more cashola for my speaker wire and sound deadener. I was going to use Dynamat Extreme, but a little rich for my income. I plan on seeling up all 4 doors pretty good.
I also, have a Diamond Audio 12" that I have had forever, but dont think I am going to use it. Substage is up in the air as we speak. Any suggestions... Im trying to stay away from a seat lift. Another reason I have been watching Styx's thread.

I just priced some second skin damplifier pro, and I can almost get the same in dynamat extreme. I only looked on the second skin website, but if that is the price then I will probably just go with dynamat. I think Styx recommended rammatt also, but I havent gotten any prices as of yet.

How is your setup going?

P.S. What brand is your HID kit, and how much was it?

Nice setup! Mine will be somewhat similar. Due to my budget, i think i'll be going type R components, Type R coax for the rear. I looked into Raamat also, and its is cheaper. If i remember correctly, you can get a roll for like 130, which is 62.5 sq ft each roll. I might be using that. My sub stage will be 2 ED 10s under the backseat.

Unfortunately I'm at school with no time, i plan to order all the stuff a week before i get home for summer, and install it all the first couple days I am home.

My HIDs are Xentec, got the on Ebay from seller HID4U. The heads are a Bixenon H13 kit, and the Fogs are a 9145 kit. Both sets are 6000k color. I payed 150 for heads and 80 for fogs. Still havent been flashed to this day.

Thanks, I have used a lot of different stuff in my vehicles, but think I will be happy once I finally install it all. The only thing, I wish I would have gone one model higher on each of the amps for more power, but I should be fine. I picked them up barely used for really cheap so Im not complaining.... YET...

Yeah that is cheaper. If you can, PM where you found that price at. It is butyl based to correct? I live in Fl with a black on black truck, so I think asphalt based is out of the question. Anybody know how the rammatt compares deadening wise?

Yeah, I have been waiting until you get them installed. I have been interested to see your take on them. I might either do them or image. Still some time, because I at least want to get my doors deadened, highs/mids installed and wired up before I even start thinking about my substage.

If you dont mind, Im gonna shoot you a PM about your HID's. Do you have both sets installed yet? Your truck is a Lariat also right?

Talk to you later, and thanks for the input...

Nice, so you're going for the EDs in the back doors? You positive they will fit?

I'm curious to see how they sound back there, i may eventually try something similar.
