It should withstand rough handling. Besides, he's removed it from the vehicle and it still won't start. It has to be in the existing connections. I'm still leaning toward a bent pin or connection isn't snugged down enough.
if for some reason the anti theft device kicked in, it would cause the theft light to flash fast, but i dont know about the overdrive light. theres a way to reset that through the key fob...im probably way out in left field now...
my god! i thought i had power at my fingertips! i work on presses at a ford plant. i push around 1500 tons of power, but thats just downright scary man. if i had access, id be on the computer at work as well.
