Not to sound arrogant, but before you start playing the doubter on someone elses board, make sure you know enough about racing or have at least done the math to back up your point.
By the way, I don't even own a Lightning anymore, so I'm defending the guys story strictly on the basis of what's mathematically possible.
11.1 on a street tune and no N20. The street tune is very mild. 11.5 degrees timing, 10.8:1 a/f's, and no performance tuning for the tranny, convertor, etc. I haven't run a race tune yet and the N20 has never been used. Still trying to get the truck to hook up before I raise the bar. Here's some slips:

There you go, just as I said; He is running faster than 11.5. Running 11.1's without N20, on a fat fuel curve and street tuning. That's enough to put 20 car lengths on a stock LS1 that was running 108 quarter mile times.
LS1's are very fast indead and hard to beat with a good driver. I had a 2002 Firehawk with 100 shot of juice and was running 12.8 on stock tires. however i was only able to beat my lightning one time out of 12. even when i was spraying i wasn't able to beat an 03' Cobra out of 5 times i raced the guy. So i went and traded the Hawk for an 03' Cobra, and i must say i am very pleased with the trade.
All in all i guess what i'm trying to say is stick with SVT, they know their ****!!

Ive never ran my car with the spray yet ,but with just an intake/cat-back I was running 13.0-13.1's @106-108mph.
150 shot and 100 shot make a huge difference!! As for the lightning you raced i guess it wasn't running 100% either because it would be hard to "whoop" on one considering i have yet to get beat by an LS1 with just exhaust. As for the Cobra, all you need is a chip/pulley/intake setup and kiss your LS1 goodbye. Don't get my wrong,i love LS1's but i wan't going to kid myself any longer.
oh and you are running 13.0 with intake and exhaust setup, i am running 12.6 with my Cobra, completely stock, i'd hate to see what would happen with 150 shot of juice. Just something to think about.
