No center console like or dislike?

For those of you who don't have a center console, how do you like it?
Thinking about buying a new truck that doesn't have a center console but I'm skeptical because I love center consoles. I like the fact that I can fit another person in though..
Give me your opinions...

My old truck didn't have a center console and I made sure when buying my new truck it had one. You lose storage space without it and I like the arm rest.

Even though you can fit an extra person without it how often do you have that many people riding with you? Plus it's pretty cramped when someone's sitting in the middle.

Have had it both ways and I prefer the center console.

I can't imagine not having the console both for storage and leaning on.

Hmm, thanks for the input.. I think I'll just look for an f150 with a center console. I usually go out with my friends and it's all ways manages to be 5 people that come with me. That's why I thought the middle seat would be pretty cool to have. I'm convinced to get a center console now.. ))

You don't have to necessarily get a full-blown console. If you get a 60/40 split bench with the folding armrest/console you have the best of both worlds.

No need for someone to be squished in the front 20 portion with my old truck. I went from,

To,

Love the console storage dept, arm rest room, Lariat leather arm rest, and the shifter. Only part that sucks is the rear cup holders do not have rubber cups like the fronts.

My console came with the rubber cups in the back, they were nothing like the front ones but just a thin rubber sleeve almost. Maybe yours is missing them...

I went from having a console in my mounty to a 60/40 in my f150 and hate it. Even bought a console to put in it, but haven't had the guts to hack up my 60 seat yet. Any moderately spirited right hand turn throws everything from the passenger side floor across.
