Just called Matt again. It turns out that my model year of my truck has a different ground setup then what the harness is designed for. I think Raptors, being a few years older, is different. All I have to do is switch 2 of the wires on the blue plug and that should solve it.

Well damn. That didn't work either? This is more difficult and putting them in.

No sir. All 10th gen trucks have the same layout. What he was referring to was the pinout of a 9004 versus 9007, as the high beam and ground wire are switched between the two.

Hah. I bet I could find it in 2 minutes if I were there. Just keep going over everything, make sure everything is grounded, etc.

Well I think it's time for you to take a road trip then. Come on up here to Kentucky and see if you can find it. I have a guy that wires shinook helicopters and I will see if he can find it if I don't by this weekend. Right now im more frustrated then a cow on astroturf. At least the low beams are awesome. Those module things should be here by this weekend.

Don't give up hope yet! I've being follow this thread cheering you on in my mind HA HA. It has to be something really easy. Try one headlight at a time. Your high beams are the two red wires from the projectors. They plug into the wire harness with the black plugs. But your pictures show that the black plugs never came on the wire harness, so there should be 2 wires X2 on the harness that you can attach the black plug X2 to. If you have done this then you should just be able to switch the red wires in the black plug and it should work. Or am I missing something?

Yeah the projector wires came with some weird tips and the right metal ends and black plugs were in a small bag. I tried the right light by itself and still nothing. Everything is grounded and plugged up. Gonna call Matt again.

Well I seem like an idiot. The black harness plug that the blue plug goes into only has 2 wires going into it. The third wire is missing... hmmmmm? My ccfl modules came in today.

I got the ccfls working. Pics up of those tonight. The wire that mysteriously went up missing has been found and is hot when high beams are on. Gonna fix that tomorrow.

Here is what it kind of looks like. My camera has flash on and I don't know hot to turn it off:

Yes, I know I have a little bit of condensation in it. Went through the car wash and it sprays the undercarriage. I think it got in through that little stupid screen thing on the back of the headlight. Gonna dry it out get that fixed this weekend. I will get pics of the headlights at night when I get the high beams working tomorrow.
