What is a good way to test and make sure both projectors and CCFL's work before I start cutting my headlight buckets?

I installed the harness and mounted the ballasts before beginning any work so I could test them out.

You can use a modified computer power supply to ignite a ballast if you want to play with them in-house

Still pending. They were quick to take the money out of my account though. If it ships from Ohio it wont take long. I live in Kentucky

I called Nate and had to verify my order. It wouldn't ship because the billing and shipping adresses are different. I will be emailed the tracking # Monday.

If you are using the Mini H1 you shouldnt have to do any cutting, maybe just a small insert with the dremel for the high beam wire.

You are SOO lucky. Right now I am going through my drawer which has my Lowes receipt and the little baggies that held the screws

20x 4mm Split Lock Washers (two 10x bags)
20x Class 8 M4-.70 Hex Nuts (two 10x bags)
8x Class 8.8 M4-.70x20 Hex Cap screws (two 4x bags)
20x 4mm flat washer (two 10x bags)

All of these come in those little dime-sized Hillman bags at Lowes. Dont forget to get a single 2.8oz tube of GE Clear Waterproof Silicone.

Did you use every little piece or do you have a bunch left over?

Look what the UPS guy brought me today:

Not sure how the shroud goes together. Gonna call for help on that one. Hopefully it doesn't rain this weekend
