Well I figured out the shroud. But where do I plug 2 metal prongs for the bi-xenon solenoid on the projector at?

The wiring harness

And yes I've got quite a bit left.

Just thought I would only need 8 bolts, 16 washers, and 8 lock nuts.

I bought double just in case I might have dropped some (I'm notorious for that) and my Lowe's is a 45 mile round trip. For a few bucks it saved me some gas because I did lose quite a few. IIRC I went into detail of how many I used in my thread.

Another question. I have a hid wireharness in the truck right now and halogen high beam. I asked them and they said it will work with the new kit. Same 9007 connections. But how will the 2 high beam wires plug up? The same if I used the harness that they sent? Or would it be different? This wiring confuses the HELL out of me.

Ok maybe one more question. Did you have to trim any metal from the radiator support to fit them in? I know the plastic right behind the headlight is already cut.

I didnt trim any metal- only plastic.

And I'm confused what you mean by the harness too. I'd pull the old one out and just install the new one

I have a hid harness that I got with my Pnp hid kit about 2 years ago. I asked them and they said that it should work since right now I have halogen highs and hid lows. All in one bulb. But im wandering where I would plug the solenoid prongs at..... I kinda want to avoid switching harnesses if I have to. If I have to switch, where can I get a wire diagram for it?

I had hid lows and halogen highs with my pnp hid kit and it didn't have any wiring for hid high beams so i would completely remove the harness from that and install the new one from TRS

This is coming off the projector:

It plugs into the harness. If your harness does not have this plug, get rid of it. There is a saying in computers: "a computer is only as fast as its slowest component" this is the same thing. you spent all the money and time for a retrofit and your worried about spending 15 minutes to swap harnesses? C'mon guy

No problem man, when it comes to doing a retro you can ask me a million questions.

What do you mean by "put those plugs together"? The ones you see above clip into the wiring harness

Yeah, but that plug isn't in them. Its just the 2 wires with seperate prongd and the actual plug is in a seperate small bag with 4 metal prongs and the other high beam plug. I have to figure out how they go together. I might have to give TRS a call when I get home
