The way the debates are run, it's almost useless. The "moderators" ask questions that try to get an argument or insults started and don't care about the important issues affecting the country.

 

I think Kasich should be hated. Out of all the states that have held primaries, he has won ONE state, the state he is governor of. And he stays in the race only hoping that if Donald doesn't get 1237 delegates, that he will be the chosen one. How can he win a national election if he can only win ONE state in the primaries. I used to like him and respect him. No more. He is just one more repub elitist who thinks that he knows best for the country and not the voters. Reminds me of Obama who thinks he knows better than anyone else what the country should do or think. Both are traitors of the people in my opinion.

 

He's the only one of the 3 in the most recent national polls that can beat Hillary.

I'm aware of the polls. But, the general election is in November. That's a very long time from now. It means very little now except it gives the pundits something to talk about.

(1) The "unfavorable" rating means nothing! If it comes to a choice of Hillery or Bernie vs Trump, most will vote for Trump. (2) If Trump really is that unfavorable, then why is he getting most of the women's votes in MOST of the primaries? In fact, exit polls are showing that in most primaries he is leading in just about every demographic: i.e. college grads, non college grads, white, hispanic, retirees, young and middle age voters, men vs women, etc.

You really should stop listening to the OPINIONS of OPINIONATED news casters about what the results of OPINION polls means. Especially when you don't know exactly what the question asked was and when and where the poll was taken and what group of people were pre-selected to take it! One of the biggest lessons that I learned in high school was that when it comes to opinion polls, "figures lie and liars figure!"

Unless you're completely self dillusional, start looking at the RESULTS and not the opinion polls! OTOH if you are the self dillusional type, like most of the Hillary supporters, just keep telling yourself "We can win! She did nothing wrong! She did a great job as Secretary of State! The FBI will not indict! No one will vote for Trump" etc etc etc.

That's another way of saying that the Party has managed to STEAL the nomination away from the voter's choice 7 times out of 10!

There shouldn't even be such a thing as a contested convention, the candidate with the most votes should get the nomination automatically! Show me any other human endeavor where the leader doesn't automatically win and where a group of arbitrary people are allowed to completely over turn the results!

With Democratic turn out DOWN roughly 30% in the Primaries and Republican turnout UP between +30 to +100%, I seriously doubt that! And in case you've been asleep somewhere, Bernie has beaten Hillery in the last THREE Primaries! AND Hillery still has a criminal FBI investigation to contend with! So things aren't looking so good for her right now!

The ONLY thing that might defeat Trump is if the Republicans can slander him enough to keep voters away (but that doesn't seem to be working!) OR if they steal the nomination from him!

Frankly I think the Republicans will steal the nomination away from him before that. I don't think that they DARE take a chance that they will allow a candidate to run that they don't have complete control over.
