Back to the Dealership… Again
Not a problem. I'll claim "affluenza" and get off.

It's actually a legitimate problem . . . though I don't know about legally recognizing it.
That's a really sad story. That kid is a dumba$$ though. A .24 as a 16 year old, really? I've always been way too concerned about messing my vehicles up to drive if I've had so much as a sip, too risky. I also NEVER let people ride in the bed. There's a lot of that "affluenza" going around like influenza right now . . . or like the plague may be more accurate

I believe its actually out of the dealership's hands, and it is up to Ford as the manufacturer.
Okay....so Ford says we will take it back under the lemon law. You don't take the vehicle to the Ford plant. It goes to the dealer and what do they normally do?
The dealership takes possession of it and a Ford rep would arrange transportation of the vehicle from there. Where it goes from there I don't know. I imagine Ford would likely donate it to a community college that has an automotive program.
What do you get in return? Funny thing about those lemons. Most of them end up on lots. At least that's what I read from someone. It seemed credible and I can see if I can find it, if you want.
