I'm thinking they believe they just bought a car back, but they're waiting it out to the very last. - Og

Let's hope so! You're certainly not going to be trying to contact them

Assuming the days roll to 30, what's your game plan? Beg your dad for the truck back?!

That suck man, hopefully they take care of you. I was beginning to forget what this thread was even about.

This thread is about your next truck: The ram 1500 diesel. Ecoboost Torque and 50mpg

Nah. The truck is always accessible. I'm thinking a Ford Edge Sport with the Mustang's V6 - based on how Ford treats this situation. Either way, I'm not keeping the Focus ST. - Og

I hope Ford does the right thing. So far, still no info. They gave me a POS Nissan Pathfinder to drive. At least, it's on their dime. Day 19. - Og

Definition of cumulative : Cumulative is the total amount of something when it's all added together.

"Cumulative" is a better word. 19 "cumulative" days without use for the same repair. Thanks, Pat. Yet again, you are the king of correctness. - Og

Oh that's some funny BS.

Moving right along ...

The other term to note is "Same nonconformity". Hence, if they nail the leak (and it's arguable that it has to be the same leak, caused by the high pressure pump failure), and then in a week another issue pops up ( turbo seizes ), the clock is reset to Zero.

Good luck!

No disrespect to Pat. Correct about "same nonconformity". Still hoping Ford does good. - Og

No prob, dude. I wasn't clear on "cumulative" and "consecutive". You keep me on my toes. I should find my old high school English teacher and kick him in the nuts. - Og
