Fatty update: Lost maybe 1lb this week. Pulled a muscle around my rib cage playing tennis last week, didn't work out over the weekend, then I thought all was well, had my last night of league bowling and pulled it again. I think I maybe getting old. $*@!

Definitely injured. Cardio workouts begin again today but no weights, tennis, or golf for about another week or so.
