I had an official weigh in at my Dr's office this morning. So far 29# gone in ~60 days full blown Vegan diet with no additional exercise. That may be the half way point for me. So, silver hair, 6'1", 248 today.

I have been making small changes in the way I eat for going on 3 months now and I am seeing the results finally. I was 261 at the doctors three weeks ago and according to the scale at home I was at 252.5 yesterday and now I just need to get my fat *** back to the gym and see if I can lose 50 pounds.

Weekly check-in time. Down 14lbs total from my start a few weeks back. Lost another 4 since my last check in. I'm on a slightly different diet plan since Saturday. Pop Tarts for breakfast, decent lunch but not huge, and about 4-6oz of Red Stag on the rocks for dinner. TV is funnier, I sleep better, and overall enjoy my evenings and haven't been starving. Is there anything alcohol can't do?!

How's that booze diet working for ya? I knew a woman who lost a bunch of weight by drinking wine and pretty much not eating. Didn't exercise at all though and wasn't toned.

Anyways, after a good 1st week of Phase II, I kinda slacked off last week while traveling. I worked out Mon, Tues and Wed, then I spent a couple days in Baltimore maintaining our dive equipment. I didn't eat too poorly, but I didn't work out Thurs, Fri or Sat. So I'm going to do what I did last time and extend Phase II by a week. So I'll hit it hard this week, next week, then take my week of rest.

It was working. Then I went to Chicago this past weekend and ate and drank like a champion. LOL. This week I'll be hitting the cardio and back on the booze diet. I'm more worried about losing the fat first, then worry about sculpting the guns.
