I'll never forget the time that happened at a Dairy Queen here on the island. The place is run by white folks of mixed ages who speak English fluently. I guess it can happen anywhere.

Check out Char-Grill for good burgers too. At Char-Grill you write your order on an order sheet and pass it through a little slot in the windows. No talking to anyone until you pay for your order, and I've never had anything messed up there.

ha the only major problem i've every had at Mcdonalds was my truck was too tall for the drive through sensor. i sat for a good 10 min. before i heard the woman in the window yelling for me to pull around. lol

 

Do you have that problem with traffic lights?
Most of our turn signals around here run off magnetic trip timers.

I have seen tourists around here making a left, stop on a Yellow light past the trip and sit through two light cycles until somebody pulled up behind them.

My worst experience with a McDonalds drivethru was with the Speaker.

A womans voice said, "shulack umbove at canloose?"
I said 'What? I can't understand you."
She said, "shulack umbove at canloose?"
I got pissed off and drove around to the window.
I looked her right in the eye and said, "Your speaker sucks. I couldn't understand a word."

She said, "shulack umbove at canloose?"
Now I was really mad. I yelled, "Get me the manager!"

She ducked back inside, and then this kid appeared wearing a necktie and a Manager Tag.
I said, "What kind of people do you hire here anyways!"

He said, "shulack umbove at canloose?"

 

WTF, i think your crossing the line, " if you couldnt apply for welfare in spanish more MEXIS would speak english" This is just some racial s***. Why do you think that every time you see someone brown u assume that they are all mexicans? They Could be puerto ricans, cubans, colombians, hondurans, i dont know why i care so much but it just really pisses me off when someone says something like that. when i go to a fast food place and they f up my order i dont automatically go racial. Outta all the times i have had my order messed up, 98% of the time it has been a diff race from hispanics.

My truck has steering issues. Every time I pass by a Cook-Out my truck tries to steer me in there. I gotta have the windows up if I ride by. They just blew up around here, all over the place. 2 within 5 mins of my house.


I will never go to Steak and shake again. I walked pass the kitchen and watched them pour a liquid onto the griddle. It was the Hamburger patties.

FYI, my resource says Wendy's orders the best grade meat while McDonalds orders the worst even losing to Taco Bell.

Wendy's- 96%
McDonalds- 60%

 

as far as i know no i haven't and i have been to this mcdonalds since then but that day idk maybe my truck was just at the right spot. the woman in the window said it was too high off the ground.

I havent read through the thread so I dunno if somebody mentioned this, but my main problem with McDs is that they import beef from South America and don't use domestic beef.

And its friggin terrible for you.

Our local Rally's has never screwed up my order and you just can't beat 2 big buffords for $4.00.
