My girlfriend says jack diddly about what I do on the internet or what I do with my money. In turn, I say jack diddly about what she does on the internet and what she buys with her money.

So long as it does not come out of the joint account (set up for bills and rent), I don't care that she bought a paif of 2xx.00 boots. She doesn't care that I ordered 1500.00 worth of motorcycle parts.

If you are secure in yourself and trust your SO ... there is no need to say anything.

 

Yeah, I just bought a 2002 F-250 7.3L PSD 4x4 Crew Cab Long Bed to replace my 94 F-150 300 I6 4x4 long bed. When I got my F-150 my wife, gf at the time thought that it was a bit unnecessary for a truck that big. Shortly after buying it, my mowing business expanded, and I have a trailer with equipment weight near 6,500-7,000lbs. Not out of the F-150's range but it's slow, the mileage was terrible, and rust was slowly killing her off. So I got the F-250. While my wife wasn't happy about the F-250, she knew I needed it for work and never gave me crap about it. Then while she was driving on our way home she says, "You know, I really like this truck a lot better than your old one." I got lucky, I got a city girl into driving trucks, she loves her 02 Trailblazer 4x4. I even got her to buy Carhartt's this year. And she never gives me crap about buying parts because she is a teacher and has a addiction to buying kids books and to scrapbooking. She has an entire room for scrapbooking and for her mini-library. She has her stuff, and I have mine, it's all good.

 

Haha. That's a good one. That's like pissing into the wind. They don't want to hear it. There is always another reason. It's never jealousy.

 

My girlfriend couldn't give a rats a$$. If I am not on chat rooms and dating sites what would she have to worry about? If your girl cares then she has too much time on her hands and should get a hobby of her own.

 

girlfriend or not. as long as the bills are paid i buy whatever i want.

My gf is the one that told me i should find a forum to get on. She is on her tacoma forum just as much as i am on here. She is more in love with her truck more them i am with mine. She had a lift on it within a week of buying it. She is always buying stuff for her truck. She cant wait to get new wheels and tires for it. And for gifts she buys me parts for my bike and i will buy her stuff for her truck.

Yeah I was stationed at Ft. Riley for 3 years. The theaters there stunk so we came up to Topeka. Actually I went to Topeka for just about everything.

 

I love my girlfriend to death and she has been an angel to me. Only once has she ever said she was jealous of my truck and forum addiction but I know she loves my trucks too. She has her own browser on my computer with all her bookmarks and I have the same on hers. She's mostly on wedding sites and forums so it doesnt bug me much unless I cant get on my forums. But in all honesty I wouldnt trade her for the world, the whole time I had a broken foot she helped me and cleaned my wounds and never made any faces at it. Wouldnt you keep a girl who touched this! Not to mention love me!!

my g/f is as bad off as i am. she has a 07 with 6 inches and 35's and that was befor i met her
