Try again, yes the White people on these programs outnumber the minorities. The White people also account for almost 3x the population of minorities. Now if we look at the % of a specific group using these social programs we find that minorities use then at a much higher percentage.

I'm not saying they didn't break the law but they were justified in doing so. The constitution was founded on the principles for the citizens of the country to do so again if the need arise. Something that may very well happen again ...
