Pick up any rock chips on the new rig yet? If you made that long of a trip without any you did pretty well.....
Got 2 small ones . I think it was the last 100 miles or so, got behind a semi and he drifted over in the left lane and could hear crap hitting the truck.

I’m shocked you took the truck - thought you’d take the Edge and put all the wear and tear on the wife’s vehicle.....???

The guy that we rented the cabin for said a 4wd or AWD vehicle is almost a must. 2wd could possibly make it but if it were to rain or snow then we'd we screwed. Glad i took his advice, i didnt make it 50 feet before losing traction. Very steep dirt road with loose dirt and switchbacks which i had to stop on every one and back up to take the turn since the turnimg raduis sucks compared to my 12th gen truck.
Day after we left they got 4 inches of snow on Columbus day , wish we couldve stuck around and played in it.
