I heard it start happening and turned around in time to see the go airborne and split in half. the front end catapulted over the guardrail and the rear went up in the air about 20' or so then came crashing down. I was off and running to go help him as the rear skidded to a stop. I was the first one on the scene and it was horrible. His brother was at the track and i told some guys to stop him before he saw the shape his brother was in. Absolutely horrible thing and my condolences go out to the family.
