If i can't then I'm going to wait till summer so I can make some money first and then get my FFL to transfer it in and buy the other stuff on MidwayUSA.com I guess.
For guys that have gone-
What did you guys think of the show?
Were there lots of things that were discounted?
Is that the best place to buy ammo?

Thanks!
Weres that at? if its not to far i might go out there too. i know at Novi expo they have alot of gun shows. Gun shows tend to be the best place to buy ammo because well you can buy it in bulk. i saw my ammo 7.62X54R 1,000 rounds for 80 bucks!!..... i only had 70

That's in Virginia! This weekend is the Lansing/Mason gun show though. It's only 20 min from MSU, but I don't have a car, so I am going to go to the show at home That sucks about the ammo I'll remember to bring an extra $10 Though I am not buying the shotgun till May or June, should I buy some 12ga bulk ammo at the show anyways if it is cheap. That way when I get the shotgun i can go practice a lot. I also wanted to invest in some spring caps to practice loading and cycling the gun

Here you go! http://www.migunshows.com/

haha thats a lil far away haha. well depends on the type of shotgun ammo your going to by. Slugs at the store run about 3.50-4.00 for 5 at the store. Those arent cheap. Bird shot 7 1/2 and 8 shot are cheap its like 10-15 dollars for 100 rounds of bird shot. then 90 clays cost about 10 bucks. thats always fun to do up north. If they have bulk slugs there i would buy that because slugs aint cheap!! Skeet shooting is fun but i only have a 20" barrel so i gotta shoot them right away. When are you going home for the summer? if you dont go home till end of april you should try and find a ride to island lake ill take my remmy 870 and my WW2 rifle out there and you can get a feel for the 870

I don't go home until may 1st, but I am VERY busy unfortunately. Thanks for the offer I would love to try it out, but I just don't think I can get away from school at all. How do you like your 870 though? What do you do for transporting it in the truck? I can have mine in the truck, just as long as it is visible.

BTW, how's the exhaust idea coming? Gotta fab that up one weekend

I bought these before I had bills, and my girlfriend said i shouldn't buy any more since she said that i think i have bought about five of them. A few months ago they had 91/30 Mosin nagants on sale here for $59 so i bought three and i bought a M38 for $65 at a gun and knife show. The m1 garand i traded 3 m1 Garand stocks that i got from my old high school and it lowered the price to 600 originally 900.

Fine taste in mouse guns sir!

For those wanting a concealable pocket gun with minimal printing look at the KelTec P3AT or the Ruger LCP (almost a direct copy from what I've seen).

While I do have a bunch of others, my weakness is Belgian made Brownings:

12ga B2000-Last of the Semi auto Belgian's
Auto5 in 12ga
Citori 20 gauge
12ga "twelvette" Double Automatic

Am just looking for a 9mm HiPower to round it out.

Day to day:

Modifed Ruger 10/22
Springfield XD45

Woof

ya how much you want for that bad boy? i dont have any money at the moment but if i ever sell these truck parts ill have some money. i would love to add to my WW2 collection. The 91/30 i have is nice i love the bolt on those guns and its easy to tell every one... i have the russian sniper rifle from enemy at the gates

Haha that exhuast idea is a ways out there....mid summer sometime.

When i take my shotty to the range i just have it in a case with the ammo in another box and i just lay them in the back seat. But yeah i really really like my 870. some of my friends think im crazy but i love that gun.....it does kick a lil but thats because i can fire a 3" slug with a gun that is about 8lbs.

Tumba PM me about that 1903 or just write it on here.

Dude, that revolver has a serious cylinder to barrel gap issue. That amount of blast should be coming from the muzzle, not the cylinder.

Looks cool, but that's an ill handgun. Run a feeler gauge through that gap. If it's more than .005, and I bet it's MUCH more, then you need to have that gun repaired. Probably have the barrel turned one time will fix it.

Seriously, not being funny here or anything, get that fixed before you continue to fire that piece.
