Oh, and I have a BlueTooth compatible Garmin Nuvi 660 GPS and a Motorola W385 cell in that Lightning along with a Valentine radar/laser detector but my Ranger 2950 CB/HAM radio gives me more info and help when I'm traveling as it relates to accidents, stopped traffic, etc.

I cant say I see many L's, so the fact I havent seen one with a CB doesnt suprise me. Only 2-3% of the trucks I see on the road have CD equeptment, but the way he incoperated it is clean and sleek. I like it!

Hell I've seen brand new Cadillacs and Mercedes on I24 with CB whips on em.

I do live in Kentucky though.

I agree with one thing, thay are old technology. But u sure can communicate with other 4Xers. Around here cells don't get survice in the bush.

I cannot believe that I wasted so much time on this thread last week...what I REALLY cant believe is that someone revived this thread. I have nothing to add to it...except...love the banana!




Wait, I do have something to add. Dave maybe crazier than a chit house rat, but he does get alot of replies to his threads. Kinda funny that so many of us are passionate about CB's. We came to the rescue of an inanimate object?
