I agree with Vader though. There were several attempts to derail and it didn't take. Everyone just kept on giving the same opinions over and over just using different words. What the heck are these boards coming to when Vader nor Raoul can derail threads

Successfully derailing theads is an art form. It takes skill and a well timed comment to spin everything off in another direction.

I am personally ashamed it hasn't occurred yet.

I was kinda enjoying this topic. It's amazing to me how worked up people get over silly crap.

BUT, I understand what ya'll are saying.

 

I didn't bother to read the whole thread, but I think it's ridiculous that he got fired. Someone needs to fire Al Sharpton and Jessee Jackson. You'd never see them going after some black rapper because he called some black chick a hoe (and if it has happened then I'm sure someone will let me know). And if radio is so concerned about black women being called hoes, then half of the rap stations should be shut down as well.

What I want to know is why nobody wants to fire or do anything to black people when they make stupid comments? The mayor of New Orlean's made a comment that New Orlean's would be a choclate city again. I know that if the Mayor of any other city made a comment that said their city will be for the white people then you know he would be out of office the next day. How many of those black leaders are going to say they are sorry to the Duke players and the school since all the charges were dropped, none. I think there are people out there that just want to make a big deal out of every little comment.
