Received loud and clear. I was put in a position where I had to defend myself. I said my peace and that's the end if it.

*Back to our regularly scheduled thread*

I find it funny how the other "exotic" cars are breaking down, without being pushed all that hard, and the trusty Ford just keeps cruising through to 1st or 2nd place. The Nissan team was just cruising along and the motor blew up. They should have been DQ'd as soon as they couldn't drive across the finish line.

Also, I haven’t been able to find any information about the rules of this rally race but I wanted to ask you about the use of GPS SAT/Nav systems. I haven’t seen anyone using them. Were they permitted or not?

OX, can't really tell ya about tech. difficulties. All I can say is I had lots of free time. Nissan had till the start of the next leg to fix their car. you were allowed two rides on a tow truck. They also took all electronical devices from us before the race. Only the maps you buy and the gift of god showed the way.

Just as well, this way it levels the playing field. No one team has an advantage over the other.

Hey Jason,

I've seen the previews for the show the last little while and just saw the re-run this weekend. What a crazy show! Reminds me of the old cannonball run movies....without the cheesy one liners....lol

Good luck to you in the future with your endeavors. I am now a big fan of the show cause of you and your truck.......well done. Good to see someone representing us "truck guys" very, very well!

If it were like Cannonball Run, there would be more cheating and dirty pool. That would be sweet!

Yeah, and Bury Reynolds would be threatening to stick rosary beads up someone's nose!

If I ever see that on DVD, I'm getting it.

I haven't seen an episode yet, but I have saw some commercials (Bull Run).

I thought this was a flat-out race, but they're talking about "driving challenges".

Those two girls in that Scion (eliminated) looked pretty hot, but- to fit the bill properly, they needed to have a black Lamborghini Countach (Murceilago, Diablo, Gallardo), and racing suits with the zipper, well- just watch the movie (I don't even want to think about it... )

Man that show is so sweet. On the preview for next week, the F150 dude says he wants to ram that car...I hope he does haha...gotta use what your vehicle is good at right.

Anyway, I only watch it because of the F150. If he gets eliminated, I'll probably stop watching. And as far as him saying he only eats noodles, I joke around with the guys at work the same way. I just got my f150 (dream truck) this past Monday, and I always tell them I can't afford lunch now and stuff. Most all of us on here live above our means in one way or another...but joking about not being able to eat is just in good fun.

Either way...I hope the #4 F150 sticks around for a while.
