I’m not going to bore you into a tizzy with the plethora of excuses I have, so I won’t.
I bombed last week, now 362 even.
I didn’t do jack last week, although my intentions were good, but don’t they say the road to hell is paved with good intentions? Or something like that?
Bleh, Starting today…. This week will be better, I put in zero effort last week, and I have a nice $10 US note hanging on my peg board waiting to someone who deserves it.
If I can get my act together, I can still win this thing, well, I don’t give a rats *** about the money, it’s the bragging rights that interest me more than anything, lol.
Ok you guys may this week be a success for everyone.

Well boys....I am heading out to Denver today till Tuesday....so I will not be near my normal scale on Monday morning....I weighed myself today and came in at 259.0-lbs....I will weigh myself again on Wed. morning when I get back and record the highest weight for this week.....have fun without me the next few days fatties.....
