Hey, as long as you control your portion size you should be in decent shape. It's when you pull up to the goodie table like it's a troff you got issues.

eating a carrot and staring at the food is killing me.
My office full of women is having a pot luck on Friday, but its a salad pot luck. Everyone brings in something to contribute to the salad.

put in your info and itll tell you ho wmuch you should eat
you can add any food on the face of the earth from their list and track your activity for how many calories youve burned based off your BMI and weight and height and gender.
it keeps a chart and even sets a goal for you and how many pounds you should lose based on your age and information
I used that last year & am using it this year but just to get the calorie amounts. I keep track of my food intake on an excel spreadsheet (I used to have it on my palm pilot before I stopped using it).

I agree.....I do not expect to lose like this each week.....the last time I did a diet I lost 20-lbs in two weeks......then it slowed from there....then I got bored and went back to my old ways....gaining the 20 back......this time I am more determined due to my Doc's orders....course the reason I got bored is because I HATE going to the gym.....I prefer to hike or bike for excercise....but winter kinda put a stop to that....good thing is is warming up so I can go out and do the excercise that I actually enjoy.......we'll see.....

I worked out pretty decent yesterday. Today I spent most of the day driving but did watch what I ate since I stopped to eat lunch & dinner. When I checked yesterday I was down 1 pound.
