I'll weight tonight for my start weight just to be sure I'm accurate. Should be around 268-271...
** Weigh-in notes: You MUST weight yourself at the SAME time of day from your start weight to provide accurate results... no cheating and weighing yourself in the evening (most folks are heavier) and then first thing in the morning (most folks are lighter) to gain that extra advantage. Agreed?
Sunday nights will be update days, cool?

I finally found a weight loss buddy in my sister (& office-mate). I told her its her fault that I gained back over 1/2 the weight I lost last year because she keeps ofering to go out & get lunch (& I've made bad decisions when she does). She says its my fault because she knows that I'm easily swayed on those decisions.
Starting today we are using my calorie reducing method (hey it worked for me last year). This week is our base line week. I am going a step further & weighting & measuring myself tonight (& every Monday night from here on).
Hopefully by working together we'll be able to do some good for each other. When she told her husband that we were going to work together on it his response was "what good will that do you." to say the least he's an insensitive ***** (& mentally abusive but she'll enver see that).
Oh well, here's to loosing the weight I gained back & maybe ten more pounds to reach my original goal. Sorry guys there's no way I'm wagering money with you guys, especially since it will take me some time to get the home in a decent enough shape that I can work out again at night.

Alright....scale issues.
The scales at work showed me at 217...scale at home showed 201.
16LBS difference.
I'll just use the one at home.

mmmm girl scout cookies.
I'm good for the 27th of April.
My home scale puts my starting weight at 187. 20 pounds under my starting weight from last year (which is good). So that sets my goal at 17 pounds & to tone my *** (& a couple other areas) up.
