Post up your pics of 45's exits with straight tips instead of slanted

I see alot of 45s with the slanted tips but I would like to see some with straight tips rolled or not. I have straight 4" rolled and I have been thinking about going with the 45 instead of straight out the back. Will it look good?

I'm thinking about doing that myself. Right now I have 3x18" tips out the back but I'm getting tired of that look after 3 years. Ready for a bigger 4x18" rolled tip and 45 them behind the back tires. That is the best look for a truck in my opinion. Best sound projection and you don't ever have to worry about crushing the tips at a steep incline! I've about done that a few times and it's scary.

I personally don't think it would. A slant cut, and a down angle makes 45s look perfect. Straight cut and level, not feeling it.

I can see this setup looking good on a 70s model Sierra or similar, but not on our trucks, or modern trucks, in general. 45'd with slant cut just looks meaner lol

Straight cut tips will look better at 90* angle behind the rear tire IMO

I agree with everyone's opinion here. I've always called the 45ed, angle-cut tips "The Cowboy Look" or "The Yosemite Sam"!

I second the cowboy look. Sits well with a man who gets out of a truck with a resistol hat and ariats
