Torn between Mag or Borla

I cannot decide between true duals with Borla or Maggies. Right now all I have is stock cats, y pipe to a SIDO Prosound (Flowmaster 40 knock off) with 2.5" tailpipes with 3x18" tips out the back. I've had this for several years but now I have that itch I need to scratch! A buddy of mine has an X pipe set up and it just sounds amazing. I guess im just so jaded on my exhaust now that im drooling over other set ups.

Simple!

Borla on the left bank, Maggie on the right. Wait - maybe Maggie on the left ...

Seriously - don't think yall can make a bad decision here - both are gonna sound excellent .

Good luck! Don't fergit the vidyas & pitchers ( dang it Big D - my vernac'lar be permanently hosed !!! )

*EDIT* - speekin' a ol' Big D - didja seen his vidyas?

you can get some ideas from YouTube but your best bet is going to be listening to them personally.....

my personal preference would be the borla pro xs

Thankee, agin!

As MGD stated, you simply can't go wrong with either. From my experience, I can say that I'm loving my Magnaflow setup.

Both are great, just depends on how much you want to pay.

Borla will keep that deep signature tone all the way up threw the RPM range, where as Maggi will lose it's tone and start to crack and rasp in the higher RPM range.

Six in one hand half a dozen in the other! I'm a big supporter of Dewser and his exhaust decisions, AvFrog has a sweet sounding truck as well...I might have to agree with MGD here. If ya can't decide which one to put on which bank why just slice em right down the middle, weld a Maggie half to a borla half and you've got a nice set of custom Baggies!

haha i'm glad I have so much support even though I'm the new guy. 4.6Punisher i've seen your videos on youtube....you have the sickest 4.6 i've ever seen or heard! I listened to your H pipe and X pipe set ups and I think the H sounded a bit better but yeah all yours were really good. I'll have to post some pictures or videos of mine soon but my camera kind of sucks and I don't have a camcorder. What I would really love is to have it sound as close to a mustang GT as possible.

You can be somebody with a Borla.

Just not sure who?

With some of the configs mentioned above, you can be somebody MUCH different. MGD may have a pic of how different you might look?

Anyway, Borla preferred
