Congrats man, great to hear you have riddened some drone.
Wouldnt my economy if anything be better if i delete the muffler and connect it to the stock pipe because it would be better air flow..no?

If you re-connect it to the tailpipe yes it could, but if you dont and just leave it open from where the muffler was it could suffer.

Hey Darren. As you may know I have a Flowmaster Super 44 dumped with Magnaflow 94106 High Flows installed. I have a friend who is wanting to buy my muffler. I don't know if I will do it or not, but what would be the difference if I switched to the same muffler you had and dumped it? Also if I decide to keep my current system, if I remove that little 1 1/2 foot pipe right before the muffler and then bolt my current muffler up to that and redo my support brackets could there be any harm? Thanks, Brent

Your basically saying swap the Super 44 for an 11" Magnaflow? Your throttle would be the same loudness, but the Super 44 will have a nicer and louder idle sound. The dumped 11" would be pretty loud inside though.

No re-mounting your muffler there wont harm much, except it will drone more inside if you do so.

Anyone have an idea of what an 11" Maggie (like Darren's) would sound like with 3" piping? No duel.

and all 4 cats? it would sound good. i had a 14" on for about 2 weeks and it wasnt loud enough for me. the loudest muffler magnaflow makes is the 11" and 14" round (magnapack) either one of those will be good, but not as loud as my bullet

Do the Magnapacks crackle? I do not want the glasspack cracklet. Just a loud roar on throttle and a pretty good rumble at idle.
