But what did the graph before look like?

results? after all these posts? ok, here's my professional feedback:

when i said i sale these things, it's a line we carry. i have NEvER sold one. when someone ASKS for one i say some people says it works, others say it won't. I'm not one to go randomly saying crap works when it doesn't. i do my best to maintain a good reputation (my life and my work depends on it) if you read any of my other postings in any thread you will see that.

to me, it works. no, i haven't sat down to actually CALCULATE how much. one reason is straight up... i can't afford to fill my truck all the way up right now. if you know me personally then right now you know what's going on. i'm not attacking anyone or anything like that so don't take this posting the wrong way please. Just hard times right now man.

Nope, Urban Myth.
1. A carb does not make gas mileage. It only feeds an engine the air and fuel the engine needs. The engine has to be more efficient as well as all the other parts to increase mileage.
2. Patents are public so even if Exxon owned it you would still be able to look it up.

Crash, I hope you don't take any of these posts as personal attacks... At least on my part that's not what was intended at all!

My only point is that if you're getting better mpg from that thing, then very good!..

There's no basis in aerodynamics for the claims that the manufacturer makes, tests in various periodicals have stated that it either decreases mpg or makes no difference.

This is not to say that for some reason it doesn't help your mpg on your vehicle. It's just unlikely to provide any benefit on average.

Use it if you like it and it helps your mpg.

Just understand that it's not something that's been shown to work as advertised when tested.

I sell medical equipment. I know it works. If I told doctors that some say it works, and others say it doesn't. I would be looking for another job. BTW, I turned down a job selling snake oil
