Tornado Actually Works!

i'll be DAMNED if the thing doesn't work. drove all last weekend and on the way to work got an average 17.2 mpg (edge stage II and supercharger off) with cruise set on 65mph.

so far, for ONLY this morning on way to work, averaged 19.8mpg. no MUCh, but roughly $8 saved on 1 trip. i work about 15 miles away from where i live. something to much on

It's a throttle body spacer. Supposed to vortex the air in, or something like that.

oh the old TB spacer... I was thinking like electric turbo or something. Well i know for a fact they hurt performance of the 4.2's ive seen a few dyno's of it.

dude, i sale these things. but like i said, before i tried it, i thought the same thing... it doesn't work how can it blah blah blah

i DID put a new kn intake system on when i took the charger off. can't remember what size i put in. btw, no drone from EITHER ( i DID put the kn on BEFORE i started everything)

now, someone coming in with 36 cute little posts is going to tell me something doesn't work that i can see with my own eyes (i'll take pics of my edge in the morning so you know i'm not BSing ya)

NOT telling you to buy one. just i'm testing it out...geez people are touchy. btw, i posted this in the 97-03 section, NOT the 08 section..... don't know what it will do for you.

my truck:
2002 Ford F150 5.4
iridium plugs
electric fans
4.10 gears
ceramic coated headers
gibson exhaust
Edge Programmer
KN intake
Edelbrock throttle body
lightning MAF
probably a few more little odds and ends i forgot too

If it worked then you better inform Mythbusters. They tested it and said "no way".

Looks like I could cut up a beer can and make one of these. The problem with testing mileage after any mod is all the variables; air temp, humidity, traffic, avg speed, ect. Unless you test it back to back in a controlled test it is hard to get very acurate results, esp when we are trying to find a difference that may only be 5%. I'm not going to sit here and say they never make a difference on any vehicle period. At the same time I will say the claimed results are probably not seen my 99% if its customers

why in the hell would i lie about this... you guys can find all the research and tests etc. until you've tried it and it failed, then all the links are useless......

sorry bout coming off as a ****, but i've been up about 3 days and I'm trying to give feedback on a product that ALOT of people remarks as not working but 90% of them have NEVER tried it.....

Now i'm SURE you're truck isn't EXACTLY like mine, so let me edit something....

**Warning**
Individual results may differ based on truck, driving style, motor, and IQ of driver.

freaking happy?
