Oh well. No worries, aslong as your company is busy during this "crisis", then that is always good news and a good sign. Good luck with getting things sorted .

One question though. If my emails haven't been answered, should I resend every 3-4 days? I know this will just cause more clutter, but not sure if they might accidently get skipped over.
Make sure, in your emails, that you give them your "real" name, not just your screen name, (and the date you submitted your order) because that's the only way they can track your order form to tell you anything meaningful.

First, let me say a huge to everyone who has sent wonderful words of encouragement to us! We really, really, REALLY appreciate it!

I have already seen positive effects from some of our recently implemented changes, and that just verifies for me that we're headed in the right direction.

I have taken three phone calls from customers in the past two days whose tunes have been done for weeks and have been on our server. We're really in quandary as to how to handle the e-mail problems caused by our security walls AND the security walls of our customers. The main issue is that we (and they) are generally not receiving bounceback messages and e-mails are just floating around in cyberspace.

The best way to get a message to me is via PM on our forum. At least they can't get lost.

Again, thank you for your patience during this phase in our growth.

I too may be in the market for custom tunes here soon. I have had the edge for almost 4 years now problem free, but am kinda looking for something more... What is really driving me crazy is the 'lugging' I get around 50-60 mph when it shifts and power hits the floor I have not read much into the PHP tunes yet, but since I already have an edge can that be used for yalls custom tunes (sent in or something)?

Thanks for the encouragement! We're definitely not complaining about the amount of work we have to do -- it's such a blessing to be busy in this economy. It's just a matter of figuring out how to manage it all without sacrificing customer service.

If this tells you guys anything... it took 11 months to service our first 500 customers. In the 11 weeks since we proclaimed Kyle our 500th customer, we've already helped 242. Have to start working on a giveaway for customer #1,000! And by the way, Kyle, if you read this, I finally remembered to order your shirt.

I checked out the PHP site, and I think I'm pretty sold on getting some custom tunes. Is there anyway to get in line? I only ask cause returning the truck to stock and sending in the edge wont really work for me I would definately be able to send it in when it was close to my turn though.

Thing about sending in an edge for a Gryphon is you dont have to wait in the line with the people that justed ordered a Gryphon from scratch. You will get your Gryphon with the custom tunes already installed in just a few weeks.

I just got my tunes today been running for 3 months on the canned edge tunes........

Holy crap the difference is huge. This is the only "mod" ive done that i can actually tell a physical difference.

On top of that my truck was averaging about 10.2 MPG. After 3 hours of driving tonight just like a normally do im at 14.4 mpg. The extra HP made it so much easier to get my truck moving i dont have to use near as much throttle. Which was a major issue with a lifted truck in the first place. I wish i would have taken video to document it and show the difference it made.
I will preach the gospel of the Gryphon to every ford truck owner i know.
