Trust me, I used the paint designed for plastic. Does my cowl look glass shiny?

I haven't done the cowl yet (now I will) but I painted the plastic under the hood, looks a million times better than it used to.

A good trick for when you need to remove the arms is the take a masking tape and put a piece right under each wiper. That way you can put it back on exactly where it came off instead of the trial and error way. I had to take my wiper arms off one day and I didn't know this trick, and they ended up just about the same as yours sound haha. Then I heard about that trick after I had to guess where they say before I took them off haha

dont feel bad, if you look carefully at my finished photo, you may notice I put the wipers on THE WRONG SIDE!! they stayed like that for a good 2-3 weeks before it rained and I realized the wipeing pattern was totally backwards,

Where the wiper arm touches the windshield, put a line of tape on the windshield right under the arm. So when you remove it, you know the arm touches right where the tape is

Looks good, I did this last summer with Krylon Fusion gloss black, holds up like a champion without clear coat.
