I just don't understand why all the high(er)-dollar, namebrand parts don't actually use better products. Doesn't make any sense to me. Sucks to pay more to get less and worse.
I thought we met a couple years ago at Cowboy Stadium?

Are you joking or being serious? I've only been on here for a year and only been to Cowboy stadium once or twice. So probably not, unless we did and I didn't know about you haha.

Well I got it all installed. Pretty easy. Looks good.

Damn, forgot to take a Pic. Guess i'll get that later today.

But now my Driver Side Brake light and Turn Signal is out.. Not sure if the reverse light is out as well. Need to get someone's help for that.

Could this just be a coincidence that they went out at the same time... Or is there any connections up near the cargo light that would have got blown or messed with?

Do you mean you need help to change them? They're super easy to get to, but I suppose it could be an electrical issue.

Half of those bulbs aren't available anymore anyway so you're good .

That thread was bigger than I ever expected.

How do you think it would look if I had all LED on 3rd brake light, but no LED in taillights? Think that would still look okay.
Won't look off at all. It is the same color of redness, and it will light up faster than the regular taillights will for the upcoming follow-too-closers. Mo' traffic safety mo' betta!

Really? odd. Hopefully it is just a fuse that tripped.

Haha No. I mean I need someone to stand behind the truck while I put it in Reverse and see if the Reverse light works.

Yeah, I'm hoping that its a simple issue. I need to check the fuse box. I guess it could have just happened at a bad time.

Yes it does... And now I want LED's in the cab

Need to figure out my part #'s

Autolumination gave me a discount codes:

10% Off - Your next order of $30+
15% Off - Your next order of $50+
20% Off - Your next order of $100+
25% Off - Your next order of $250+

Guess I need to look and see what else they have or where I can get the rest and how to remove the lights to put new bulbs in haha.

All the interior bulbs and license plate bulbs are easy to get to. Hardest part of it all was ripping the license plate bulb out of its socket. Dang'd things wouldn't let go without using a non-slip pad.

I think I only spent like $35 on the (3 for me) insides and (2) license plates. Also, someone mentioned getting not-that-bright bulbs for the license plates, and I agreed that it was a good idea. Little cheaper too.

Yeah.. I don't need to give any more attention to my truck to cops. They already have enough reasons to look at my plate. Not sure they need bright lights saying.. HEY LOOK AT ME..

Yeah, I figured the bulbs for the interior would be about $30 or so.

I have the 2 up front lights then one in the rear dome light.

Front light:

Dome Light: (don't mind the crap in it. Water and other **** came through the sun roof in a car wash. Apparently sunroof wasn't all the way closed. )

Any idea what bulb #'s these are off top of your head

Maps are 194 number bulbs, a two tower length bulb will fit in there. And the rear dome is a festooned 578.

Awesome.

Best to stick with AutoLumination or VLeds or SuperBrightLEDs

What I bought is on this page:
https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...mplete-56.html

The maps and license plates are perfect, but the rear is just slightly not long enough. The front maps are almost too bright, they're blinding at night! Cool though.

I think the 42mm one here would be perfect size-wise. VLEDS has it listed as a kind of 578 and 211. I should've gotten this one the first time, but I'm not spending another $20 on a light bulb haha.
